  I got it for strengthening my core, as an office chair. It is durable and inflates easily with its pump. I removed one star because the 65 size, although it says it is for height 1.70-1.80 (I am 1.70) is low for an office chair position. I also bought the 75 size which is ideal! (for a desk height of 76cm)

  I bought the ball for a desk chair. According to my height (1.64), I should have gotten the 55 cm one. I bought the 55 cm one and it was too short for the use I wanted it for. Now I bought the 65 cm one and it is just right. I have the option to have it fully inflated or 2-3 cm lower. It is still a very good choice. In any case, the quality is excellent. I am very satisfied.
