Milk pot from the company Izzy is a small utensil used for boiling milk or water, you can also heat soup, melt butter and chocolate. It is convenient due to its size and does not require larger utensils for small quantities of food.
It is made of cast aluminum, a material particularly resistant to high temperatures and scratches. It has a non-stick coating made of stone, ensuring great resistance to scratches and abrasions. To maintain the integrity of the coating it has, we advise you to let the utensil cool before cleaning it and avoid using a wire scrubber. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge. Additionally, it is compatible with all types of hobs (gas, ceramic, induction, electric).
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I have bought the 20cm saucepan, the 28cm pot, and the 30cm frying pan. I have an induction cooker which is theoretically 30% faster in boiling time. In other pots that I have, I have indeed seen this difference. I bought this set to have an additional set with 100% compatible (theoretically) devices with the cooker. So, this set is nice in appearance, its non-stick characteristic is indeed good, but...
It takes 1 hour to boil 1 liter of water! I'm not saying it for exaggeration! It's measured with a clock! I put 1 liter of water in the saucepan, and after 45 minutes, I see the first bubbles. To reach the boiling point, it takes another quarter! A total of 1 hour.
Obviously, something is not right... in the simple devices I have, 1 liter of water boils in 1-2 minutes... Maybe, even though they say they are suitable for induction cookers, they are not after all. I don't know what the problem is. The only thing I know is that the whole set was a disappointment...
If you have an induction cooker, think about it again!
