    For abdominal exercises, good waist circulation, yoga exercises, and generally for those who want to have better body posture in their waist, I recommend it!!!! Just sit on it statically for 5 minutes a day, it helps a lot.

    For something closer to cover the entire back and waist, however, I suggest the following, it's worth every penny!!!
