I needed a second one... because I drink a lot of coffee..........it doesn't keep the coffee cold for as many hours as the packaging says.... but it does keep it cold for 12 hours.... it's perfect.... of course, the ice cubes you use also play a big role.... with medium-sized ones.... in 12 hours they have melted and the drink is just cold.... with the large square ones I have tried it can last up to 14 hours before they melt
