I have been using the serum for about two months now. If you don't have a problem with deep wrinkles, this product will reward you. I apply it every night and, of course, after that, my eye cream. The Advanced night repair eye supercharged complex from the same company is also a very good eye cream. In the morning, my skin is smooth and radiant, and expression lines are not noticeable. I am 51 and have normal to dry skin.

To me, it didn't cause any problems, it just didn't do anything it promises. Whether I used it or not, it was the same.

It provides hydration. I haven't seen any other differences yet. However, it is a pleasant product. I get the small packaging as I don't use it often and it lasts for a long time..

If you overlook the fact that it is relatively expensive, the cream is very good. Nice texture and suitable for under makeup

Unfortunately, it caused something like an allergy for me. After 2 - 3 consecutive applications, I developed redness and swelling of the eyelids, dryness, and pain. After my eyes recovered, I gave it a second chance with great caution to see if there was another cause, but the same thing happened again. I bought it at a very good price. At first, I was excited because I saw a noticeable difference in fine lines under my eyes and brightness. However, the more I used it, the more I started to feel irritation and developed dryness under my eyes and small red pimples. I immediately stopped using it, of course, and I am afraid to use it again.

Wonderful cream with a difference! It is a bit expensive but worth its money. The fine lines really disappeared and the eye area is brighter and more hydrated

Fantastic. I have had dark circles and bags under my eyes since birth and they have been reduced by half. Now, because I am lazy and don't feel like putting on concealer every other day, I don't even bother. Plus, it has greatly softened my crow's feet. Excellent.

For me, it is a very good eye cream! I applied it for about a year during a demanding period with late nights, and in general, I have hereditary predisposition to wrinkles around the eyes. For as long as I was consistent in my routine, I noticed that dark circles were disappearing and its texture is fantastic. Personally, I recommend it. However, I admit that because it is an expensive brand, I buy it when it goes on sale from time to time. It's worth it!

Unacceptable for the money and the company!!! The first few days it was fine and cool.. After a few days, I started feeling a burning sensation, itching, and the skin under my eye started peeling.. I stopped using it immediately, thinking that something else was bothering me! I used some bepanthol for a few days, it calmed down, and I gave it another chance because of the price and the full packaging.. Same and even worse.. Red eyes and peeling.. I tried everything to restore my eyes and of course, the cream went to waste.. UNACCEPTABLE

The best eye cream I have ever tried. It's like putting on an eraser and instantly erases wrinkles. Smooths them out. Every time I tried a cheaper one for savings, it felt like I was putting water on my skin afterwards. I realized how well it works when I used it up to a certain point for a long time and had no wrinkles up to that point, but had lines below that point where I didn't apply it for a few millimeters.

It's not worth its money at all. After using it for 3 months and applying the cream as the company emphasizes, I didn't see any results or even hydration. It did nothing for my dark circles and the few fine lines I've started to have (I'm 33). I believe for people who have a serious problem with bags and wrinkles, the result will be even more disappointing. It has a nice scent and a light texture, absorbs quickly, and?? Nothing else. Essentially, you're paying for the brand and the fancy bottle. 50€ wasted.

I tried it only because it was a sample. I had a problem in the eye area, it had, how can I say, a tendency to puff up, it didn't look fresh.

I have a problem with dark circles. I had bought a cream from Kiehl's with avocado and I had noticed a slight difference. I thought I would try Estee Lauder, as it is a highly talked about and reputable company... Well, the eye cream ended up being a gift for my mom because not only did it not improve the area around my eyes, it actually created intense dark circles as if she had smudged mascara from the previous night. It truly is the worst thing I have ever put on my face. To prove it, I have taken before and after photos and none of my friends believed their eyes.

A polite girl once gave me a sample and since then I buy it constantly! Noticeable difference from the first week, the area is brightened, moisturized, and the look is rested. It seems expensive but it's not, as it requires a very small amount so it lasts for a long time... I use it morning and night! Maybe before you invest money, you should get a sample?

I decided to try it due to its popularity. From my perspective, it's not great and overall I think the company is somewhat overrated. There were a few days when it worked well as a moisturizer, but that's about it. It mainly caused dryness for me. Also, no difference with dark circles

Having trust in the company, I chose this product.
I bought it along with the face serum and they also gave me a sample as a gift.
From the first time I started using it, and even though I decided to finish the sample first, I felt a slight burning sensation in the area under my eyes. On the second or third day, the area under my eyes became swollen and red.
In short, I got a burn. In fact, my skin even opened up a bit in one spot.
I was shocked.
It seemed unbelievable to me that a product from such a company would cause such an issue.
Searching online afterwards for this product and skin burning, I saw that many women were talking about it.
Of course, I will not use it again, even though I still have the regular packaging sealed.
If you want to use this product, ask for a sample first to try it out and if it doesn't bother your skin, then buy it.
A big disappointment

It stings a lot, you put it in your eyes and after a while it hurts. Additionally, it doesn't do what it promises. I am 18 with very prominent dark circles and bags (hereditary) and I decided to get a "good" eye cream in order to prevent the damage... in my opinion, it's a waste of money, it does nothing for the circles or the lines.

It did not deliver on any of the promises of a simple hydration, for such a brand and cost disappointment...

Having serious problems with dark circles, for me this is the best so far.. in one week the circles and puffiness have significantly reduced, I only use 4 and only because there is surely always something better.

I used the entire package in combination with an eye moisturizer. It caused intense dryness and as a result, made the wrinkles under my eyes appear more pronounced. I'm giving it two stars for psychological reasons (the money I spent)...normally it would be zero...for me at least.

Overrated product, which after three months of use did absolutely nothing.
Worst value for money

I had a SERIOUS problem with the "goose leg" after a heavy laser treatment in the area. IT SAVED ME, but of course you use a regular eye cream on top from another company if you want (I use STRIVECTIN). It is NOT used alone! Estée Lauder also states that it works as a supplement. IT'S WORTH IT!
