It sticks very well but then it is impossible to remove. I would prefer a different type of adhesive that can be removed more easily either after incorrect placement or when it gets damaged and needs to be replaced. So BE CAREFUL with the placement, ask for the help of a second person to avoid sticking it in the wrong position or crooked! It is not very thick, so it is probably not suitable for friction but for light contact (opening a car door in a garage, etc.).

It does its job, sticks very well to the wall. Could be a little thicker but looks very absorbent.

I used it in the car as insulation, it is not for heavy friction (something to slide on top of it) and I placed it under the carpet.
It doesn't come off, it is flexible, you can cut it and bend it if needed without it "cutting" on its own.
