Description

The KeyStep is a musical tool that combines the functionality of a keyboard controller with a polyphonic step sequencer, for controlling analog and digital devices.

If you want a portable USB MIDI controller but also a keyboard for easy use, or if you have MIDI module devices that you want to use but don't need a large keyboard, or if you want to control your equipment via CV/GATE, or if you want a polyphonic step sequencer that can sync with your other devices, then the KeyStep is the ideal solution.

  • Sequencer mode: 8 polyphonic step-sequences with Rest, Tie, Legato note entry
  • Rate control and tap tempo: REC, PLAY, STOP buttons for sequencer and arpeggiator control
  • Sustain HOLD button
  • Input for Sustain pedal
  • Chord play mode
  • SHIFT button for selecting: MIDI channel, GATE time, SWING values

  • USB port for connecting to a computer and using the MCC editor software
