Perfect for a low-end office PC with satisfactory integrated graphics for this use. Combine it with an H410, 8-16GB of RAM, and a cheap SSD and set up a PC for all office tasks and more, as later you can add a graphics card. If it wasn't for this situation, I would recommend the AMD Athlon 3000g or 200GE, but due to being out of stock and excessively high prices, they are not a value-for-money purchase. This processor is now the only option, otherwise, for something slightly better, go for the i3 10100.

Recently, due to hardware shortages, especially with AMD, I have set up 4 low-budget computers as a professional, based on this processor. In systems with SSD boot drives for office work, Netflix, YouTube in 4K, etc., the processor is the ultimate value for money for the period this review is written. For gaming, it can support systems with graphics cards up to Nvidia 1660s (if it is GPU intensive) because even though it is dual-core, it has 4 threads. Do not purchase memory above 2666 MHz because it does not support higher frequencies, and if any XMP profile is activated, stability issues may arise. Pay great attention to compatibility (QVL) with memory depending on the motherboard. Its temperatures are excellent with its own cooler. It would be good to replace the pre-applied thermal paste with a better one for greater durability before installation. When I removed the processor from a machine after six months for an upgrade with a better one, there were already signs of drying out of the thermal paste. Be very careful when purchasing it, as the packaging does not effectively protect the CPU plate for marketing reasons. An optical inspection can be easily done without opening the packaging. Overall, it is an excellent product.

Although it is a temporary solution until I get a 10600K, I can say that I was impressed with the following:
On an Asus Z490 motherboard, it ran the 4400 memory sticks from Patriot at 4.1 GHz with an FSB of 102.7.
It performed satisfactorily with Warzone on a Vega 56 at 2.5K ultrawide resolution.
Only Battlefield V struggles a bit, but it still plays well with some settings at 2.5K.
So, I recommend it for something budget-friendly. But be careful because the tests were done at a high resolution that puts the whole workload on the graphics card!
It might lag at 1080P resolution due to the CPU with a smaller card.
