For those who don't yet have the strength to operate with a balance beam using their hands to hang and perform exercises, it is the best option since the hands remain rested.

    As for a more advanced level, you can do more repetitions (double or triple) and you can also play with side movements and, of course, the lower ones, as long as you use isometric exercises during the workout.

    Make sure the balance beam you choose can withstand the weight and is stable.

    Beginners or those who are not accustomed can put their hands through the handles and pass their palms behind their heads without applying pressure, until they gain the strength and balance to perform exercises steadily without going beyond the strength of the exercise's movement. If you wobble and lack balance at first, you can use a chair as resistance when returning to the starting position.
