Instructions:

• Use the MySmile teeth whitening kit twice a day.
• Place the tray in your mouth with the teeth whitening (make sure to remove the battery protective plastic before first use). 
• Apply a quarter of a syringe of whitening gel on each side of the tray in your mouth. There should be enough to cover the front surface of the teeth without
• touching your gums. 
• Place the tray in your mouth on top of your teeth and wipe off any gel that comes into contact with your gums. 
• Press the start button to begin the ten-minute countdown. Close your mouth to secure the tray in place. Once the light automatically turns off and you hear the prompt sound, remove the tray from your mouth.
• Rinse your teeth with warm water, then remove the tray from the mouth from the whitening lamp and clean it. 
• For optimal results, repeat this whitening process for six to twelve consecutive days.
