It smells really bad the first time you turn it on. It still smells the pot I used on it. Heats up quickly at least

The only thing that remains for me is their deception and the fact that I lost my money. And of course, the obligation to inform all of you here about the unreliability of this specific store so that there won't be any other victims who will fall for it like I did if they happen to choose them for purchases. I bought this stove directly online. After some use (about two weeks), I left it on for a little longer. What happened was tragic. The stove started smoking and emitting a strong smell, the power cord burst, and luckily I was nearby and it didn't set the whole house on fire, otherwise I could have been burned too since I am elderly, etc. Supposedly, it was supposed to have an overheating safety system which obviously didn't exist. I called the company and reported the incident, asking to speak to the Service department. They told me that they are only a sales store, there is no technician, and if I want, I can send them an email with relevant photos. I thought I was dealing with responsible people and I did it. After some time, I received an email stating that it was my fault, they neither acknowledge nor take any responsibility, etc. That's it for the after-sales service of this company. Did you say anything? As for me, let's not even go there... Since I didn't get burned, I'll just play the news a little, isn't that enough?

It quickly heats the eye, fits a pot up to 18cm in size. The only very negative thing is that during the first use you have to turn on the device to remove the smell, this smell is so intense that it smells the whole house (with open windows) as if it is on fire! So I recommend if possible the first lighting of the device to be done on a balcony if there is an outlet!

The device is, if I'm not mistaken, of Polish manufacture and its quality is satisfactory for its price. The pros include the adjustable intensity switch for the heat in five levels and the large and bright indicator light. The only negative for my case is that I use it exclusively for coffee and the device has a relatively large eye of 15cm which is more suitable for a larger vessel.
