I have it for almost 2 years. I am 1.86 and about 100 kilos! No problems and reliable. The best purchase. I highly recommend it. Good tire inflation and drive it normally, not aggressively. Wherever you see uneven ground, rocks, etc., slow down or you will break it or damage it. I put it in Sport mode, it reaches 25 km/h and has very good autonomy. It handles uphill roads, etc. I take it on vacation, leave the car out of the country, and come back with it for shopping, coffee, anything. No traffic or anything. I tested it. But I chose it to commute to work in the morning. Purchased in the spring of 2023.75, the rider weighs 2 kilograms and can reach around 35 kilometers with one charge, with the battery lasting for 2 boxes from the end. It quickly reaches a speed of 25. On smooth surfaces and downhill slopes, it can reach 27 to 28 kilometers per hour, but it makes a sound indicating that it has exceeded the maximum speed. The tires were replaced with compact ones, with minimal increase in vibrations. It requires good balance and caution on potholes. One of the two times I fell was due to a pothole. The only annoying thing is the ringing of the bell on potholes. The neck needs tightening periodically. It is a good value for the money, takes about 5 hours to charge, purchased for 600 euros.
Update:
After approximately 7 months of use and 1900 kilometers, the tires were replaced with compact ones, with minimal difference compared to the tires that came with the bike. Also, vibrations started at the point where the neck locks, but they stop with a little spray (preferably silicone) at that point. The distance I can travel with one charge hasn't changed much since the day I bought it.
Excellent. My sister bought it, but I use it occasionally. It climbs hills, bridges, etc. without much difficulty. For example, it goes from 25km/h to 17-20km/h depending on the slope, but it doesn't struggle (I am a man, 80kg). It definitely doesn't achieve the 45km range, unless you drive on fresh asphalt without any stops or starts, on a road with at least a 1% downhill slope, and with strong wind pushing you from behind, then it might reach 45km. Otherwise, on average, I think it's around 30km.
For those who have issues with creaking on sidewalks, holes, potholes, patches, and bumps, it doesn't require lubrication. "Break" the scooter (meaning for transportation) and you will see a screw that takes Allen keys if I remember correctly. That's where the problem comes from! To fix it, loosen the screw enough so that it no longer creaks AT ALL, BUT be careful, the clamp holding it should not be completely loose, because that's what this screw does, it determines how tight the clamp is, and sometimes the noise comes from there. Everyone who bought it had the same issue 1-2 weeks later. With a little loosening of that screw, the problem is fixed because besides the noise pollution, whether it's a bike or a scooter, it gives you the impression that you're riding something faulty.
The scooter is worth its money. Its battery lasts quite a long time, especially if you use it in a small village. Also, the brakes have a very good stopping power, thanks to the disc brakes. Finally, it has amazing autonomy, I recommend you to buy it.
It's worth its money (417€ a year and a half ago). The build quality is good, although I have some annoying squeaks. It would need at least a suspension. Otherwise, it can withstand two people (we were 75 me + 96 second person) and it goes smoothly. Its autonomy is quite good depending on the conditions. In the city, with sudden accelerations and uphill roads, it reaches 35km. On a ride without uphill roads, going at a steady speed, it reaches 45km. Whoever is considering buying it, it's worth it.

I have it here for 2 years. It is perfect in everything except for the battery life and the fact that the tires require a lot of attention as they easily burst. I changed the tires 4 times until I put solid ones. The battery life, even when I first got it, was not 45 kilometers (I weigh 85 kilograms). I haven't measured exactly how much it can go, but a good estimate is 20 kilometers (with several uphill slopes and always riding at 25), which fortunately meets my needs.
One of the best Xiaomi scooters. The autonomy easily reaches 35-40 kilometers on drive mode. (I have hacked it and it reaches 29km/h on drive mode, and 33km/h on sport mode). It has a decent autonomy on sport mode, around 28-30 kilometers. With ECO mode, I managed to reach 45 kilometers and still had some battery left.

I have had it for two years, the battery has dropped 20%, the issue is that it charges whenever it wants, showing 39%. Probably a motherboard issue. I wouldn't buy Xiaomi again anyway. The battery life, for me weighing 80 kg, lasts about 10 kilometers in sports mode.
First of all, I weigh 60 kilograms. The scooter is perfect, fast, and can handle uphill slopes that you can't even imagine. It has a range of about 40 km in normal conditions. If you ride it constantly at 25 km/h, it will last you about half that distance, maybe a little more. The lack of suspension makes it uncomfortable, and you can only enjoy it on asphalt; otherwise, you have to stop and start again if you don't want the scooter to jump and feel like you're breaking it. It also makes creaking sounds when I ride on sidewalks and over small rocks. At this price, there are many options available. If you want something reliable and fast, go for it. You can even hack it to easily reach 33 km/h, but I wouldn't trust it without suspension on a sidewalk. There are countless spare parts and improvements available, so don't hesitate. If you want something cheaper and simpler for short distances, go for the Xiaomi Mi 3, which has half the range and a slightly smaller deck.
Edit: I weighed 70 kilograms. The scooter had lost 35 psi in the tires, and as soon as I inflated them, it became unrecognizably faster and more stable. This was due to my negligence. After 6 months, it is still perfect. A Xiaomi pump is necessary
I have not tried any other to be sure, but so far satisfied! I am 75 kilos and it climbs uphill well... Of course, when I also put my daughter on it and we go up to 89 kilos on the same uphill, it struggles a lot!
Quality, excellent brakes, very good lights. The autonomy for a rider weighing 70-80 kilograms is as stated by the manufacturer. If Xiaomi provided a faster charger, it would be perfect.

I am the owner of this particular one for about 3 months.
One thing that disappointed me a lot is that they say it has a range of 45km, but in practice it only lasts about 20km.
So you charge it for 6 hours and you can ride it for 35 minutes, and then it needs another 6 hours to go another 35 minutes.
Also, this one requires very good asphalt because it has small wheels, and every small pothole hits hard on the hands on the handlebar.
The build quality is quite good except for the bottom part where the battery is located, which is plastic.
It's only worth it for short distances (e.g. up to a mile) or to the bank.
Also, wherever you go, you need to put it inside, as you can't secure it outside anywhere.
Just think about 6 hours of charging and only getting 35 minutes of driving (tragic) for 520 euros.
However, it is good for short distances.

The scooter is worth its money, I live in an area with slopes and it performs quite well, although it struggles on steeper ones. It would be ideal to add suspension for shock absorption after purchasing it, you will see a big difference. I would also recommend a screen protector to prevent moisture from entering the display. For those who live in flat areas, it is something else, a real investment.
The scooter is unacceptable. It does not climb even slight slopes. You have to push it with your feet for up to 5 kilometers to get it moving. It is not worth its money at all
Owner of this model for about a year now. Truly, investing in such a product was one of the best decisions of my life. I weigh 80 kilograms and every day I cover a distance of about 9 kilometers from school to home with great ease, even on roads with many steep hills, I have absolutely no problem. I don't know why other users didn't like it on hills, but for me, it's not difficult at all! It has never given me any problems except for one time when the tire burst, but I took it to a repair shop and they had it ready within 2 hours.
Recently, I upgraded it by adding suspension and a phone holder.

Owner for a week. I was disappointed, I admit. The autonomy for me, weighing 85 kilos, is not even 25 kilometers. It struggles on uphill roads, even if they are small. After 10 kilometers of continuous travel, it showed a temperature indication. If someone is going to spend 550€ on this, it is better to add something more and get something more powerful. It is not suitable for adults on mixed routes.
4 stars with everything but the negatives are that: 1) it struggles on inclines
2) when you go at 25 for 15 minutes, you lose one bar
3) the engine heats up for the first 10 minutes.

Excellent choice. Lightweight. The battery lasted for 18 km and was at 62/100. I weigh 84 kg and with a backpack of clothes, it's 87 kg. It easily goes uphill for 22 km. I use it every day for work, covering 18 km. You need to check the tire pressure regularly because if it deflates and the road is bumpy, the tire gets punctured. I experienced it once. Tire pressure check is needed once a week.
I have had it for 2 weeks. It performs well on straight roads, but the speed decreases on mild slopes and stops on slightly steeper ones. I am 179 cm tall and weigh 90 kg. The range for me is around 30 km. It stops well with the brakes and the lights are satisfactory, even when braking it shakes a bit at the back, which is good.
It has solved my hands for transportation in the center of Thessaloniki. Simply for girls, when it is folded, it is heavy and they will have difficulty lifting it. Otherwise, perfect so far. (2 months of use)
