In this book, an exploration is attempted of an ancient technique for predicting an event according to Horary Astrology, which differs from all other prediction techniques of Classical Astrology, Western (Tropical) or Indian (Sidereal).
An astrologer, using Horary Astrology, which is a perfectly structured prediction system, attempts to answer a question posed to him at a specific moment in time, for which he constructs the chart of the sky at that moment and tries to decode the available data.
As with all systems, in order to succeed in answering, the astrologer must operate scientifically, based on the absolute knowledge that governs the principles and rules of the system, without forgetting that each horoscope is a whole composed of the parts that make it up.
Thus, taking into account the principle of synchronicity and analogy, he perceives the connection of the question with the moment in time it was posed with the data of the sky and, essentially, through the instantaneous horoscope he constructs, he gives the answer to the questioner, respecting the universe, whose signs he decrypts.
