It was placed next to the Cosmote modem in order to disable the Cosmote wifi and only use the Asus.
Pros:
+ Very good range, but don't expect anything unrealistic.
+ Stable
+ Very high speeds
+ Very good compatibility with devolo dlan
+ Solid construction
+ No clip restarts
+ Triple band wifi, meaning that all devices, whether they work on 2.4 or 5 GHz, will connect to the same network and it manages this.
+ Fully expandable, mesh wifi system for future additions in large spaces.

Cons:
- Moderate difficulty in setup, but only if you have various peculiar equipment such as speakers/smart home equipment that only work on 2.4, but you can still figure it out with a little research.
- Pricey.

As I mentioned, with a little difficulty due to some devices, the network was set up and the modem's network was terminated. In fact, the existing devolo was also connected to an outlet.
As a result, there is now a unified network and all devices are on the same wifi.
Mobile devices seamlessly transition from the Asus to the devolo without any issues.
Speeds are very high and stable.

It meets my expectations before purchasing it and more. It does a very good job for my intended use.
