The "forest mix" is a tasty unique blend of 7 different mushrooms, including the Boletus edulis, the black trumpet, and the chanterelle, which are "wild", naturally grown mushrooms selected from Greek forests, combined with mushrooms cultivated by us, such as the gray and yellow oyster mushrooms and the shiitake. The former grow under firs, chestnut trees, oaks, and beech trees, where the ideal microclimate of alternating high humidity and sunlight work together to produce consistent and pure mushrooms. We choose the best, highest quality mushrooms and immediately after harvesting them, we clean and dry them using the most ecological technology: our sun!
