In the work "Lessons in Administrative Procedure according to the CCP", the author's lectures on the subject of Administrative Procedure - Substantial Differences are collected in the form of twelve lessons, addressed to candidates of the School of Judges in the relevant educational program of the Law Library. Both practical exercises, with their proposed solutions, and the relevant case law, presented either in brief excerpts or with original summaries, are drawn from there.
Throughout the work, various observations and questions raised by participants in the program have been taken into account. The author's practical experience in the subject is of particular importance, alongside his theoretical background.
