Owner of a Philips ironing system again - lasted 15 years!!! - bought Philips again but the quality of the materials is completely different.... It's completely made of plastic and the handle for ironing creaks, there is some flaw in the materials of the plastic part.... The steam is not as powerful as I would like..... It doesn't burn the clothes at all, it shuts off on its own .... Be careful with the plastic prints that cannot be ironed, they will stick to the plate and then..... Overall, it's not value for money at 200 euros! My old one was better! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else! Too expensive for what it offers!

  I have it for 3 years and I am absolutely satisfied with its performance. It heats up the water very quickly, it has satisfactory steam, and most importantly, it doesn't burn fabrics, even in 100% synthetic ones. You don't have to worry about it getting burned, as it adjusts the temperature on its own for each garment. As for the negative comments, it may happen with a defective product. I didn't give it 5 stars because I would like slightly better quality materials for the price, but overall it is very good and hasn't caused me any issues.

  I have it for 2 years.. I couldn't have made a worse choice... it doesn't iron ANYTHING.. in most cases, it doesn't even release steam or it releases steam when it wants to.. it leaks water.. I somehow fixed it with some cartridges.. the automatic cleaning for the limescale does nothing. The worst part though is that all clothes remain unironed with creases, I wonder how some people rated it so positively and I was convinced and bought it.

  Just don't buy it.. From the first month, it started leaking water.. They replaced the plate and after a week, the same thing happened again.. Another service and waited for a month for them to bring it back broken.. 2 months of waiting for iron replacement after all this trouble and finally, they will refund the money. Stay away from Philips...

  I received the specific model PSG7014/10 as a replacement for the Philips GC7933/30, which I had sent for service 8 times within a year. After many complaints, the company deemed it appropriate to replace it for me. At first, I thought I finally had a fast iron with plenty of steam, but unfortunately, this only lasted for 6 months. Problems started arising, with one instance where it didn't release any water, so I had to send it for service, and another instance where it leaked water without producing steam, so I had to send it for service again. The climax was when, after many back and forths between the service center and myself, it had a small explosion the last time. I thought the descaling cap would come off and kill me. It's hard to convince people that irons can be dangerous. The issue now is that I don't know what to buy next

  I have had it for six months and I operate it. First time I bought an ironing system. Ironing is a job that I don't like, but with this system it is very easy and fast. I think there is a better one for the money. I bought Philips because I think it will last longer, I hope so. It easily irons even the thickest and most delicate clothes. It is very lightweight, you don't even feel it in your hand, only the continuous movement tires you. The biggest negative is that I also fell for a faulty plug. The company does not recognize it as a defect, so replacement is not possible. The descaling process is a nightmare because it can take me half an hour to screw it on. So whoever buys it should immediately check the descaling plug.

  First time I buy an ironing system and I am very satisfied. Ironing time has been dramatically reduced! I used to have cheap irons before and maybe that's why the difference is so big. However, it irons easily even the most wrinkled fabric. It heats up in 2 minutes. It is very lightweight and the water lasts for a long time ironing!

  We have been using the iron for two months with daily use, the ironing process is now a piece of cake, very easy to use and it understands the fabrics and adjusts the temperature accordingly.   If the water has been heated well and produces steam, it can cause burns, as I experienced on my stomach (over clothing). If you continuously press the steam, at some point it takes a little time to heat up again. However, it doesn't delay in spraying like these new ones. Lightweight. It doesn't burn clothes.   I have it for almost a month. It doesn't manage to remove the wrinkles, you have to iron the clothes from all sides in order for them to be ironed properly. It does the same job as a 70€ iron, while its value is 180€. With this logic, I could have bought a simple one. Of course, it doesn't work well for vertical curtain use. Utterly disappointed. Just when my iron broke, I thought let's spend a bit more to get something decent, but I regret it now. Of course, I can't make a change since it hasn't shown any problems, but its performance is disappointing considering its value.
