The first breath, the first moment in this world... A breath that gives life. Since then, many follow... thousands, myriads, a long chain. Small, large, short but also deep, the breaths we take are the steps of life we make. Each step a breath, each breath a step. Steps bathed in the silver light of the moon, at the threshold of life and death, surrendered to the dizziness of love. A quick step, the heartbeats rise. Complaint? Sadness? A lump in the throat, but the breaths continue... They will always continue and give life to our dreams, to our very life.

"I count life in breaths" is the author's third literary work. It is a collection of 43 poems, which approach moments of everyday life, but also moments of introspection with our self -individual and collective-, moments of deeper spiritual search, reflection and contemplation, with the ultimate goal of a journey of the senses.
