This specific television is the worst product that can currently be found on the market. Specifically, I wonder and doubt if it has undergone testing before being released for production/sale. In my personal opinion, it is a product with huge software problems that make its circulation prohibitive.

And here's why:
1. The television may restart during viewing without any reason.
2. When changing channels, it crashes and the screen turns black for 1 minute, then restarts with a blue screen.
3. When watching YouTube, it freezes and displays a blue screen for no reason.
4. Also, when changing channels or videos on YouTube, it may crash, continue playing the sound from the previous channel (or video), the screen turns black, the remote control does not respond, and the only way to recover is to unplug it from the power.
5. With chromecast as well, it often freezes and experiences cases such as restarts, blue screen, etc.
6. It occasionally loses connectivity with the router (in wireless connection).
7. When turning it on with the remote control, it often takes several seconds to open (making you think you haven't pressed the ON/OFF button).
8. While there are favorite lists for channels, there is no option to save channels in these lists.

I would like to inform you that I contacted the store from which I purchased this television, and they asked me to reset the factory settings and update the software. However, the same problems reoccurred even after following these steps.

UPDATE: 14/04/2021:
After months of patience and having taken the television for repair twice (activating the warranty), the company METZ, which contacted the affiliated repair company, requested the return of the television and a refund for the customer.

CONCLUSION: A huge inconvenience for a "brand new" television. Stay away from this particular product. No hope.

Market a few days ago. I connected the device to the PC with HDMI when the PC was first turned on, it worked with not very good clarity in the image and a few seconds later it showed that there was no signal on the screen.... Despite the ambitious efforts and settings, the purpose was not achieved. Then an LG 32 full HD was placed in its place and it worked perfectly. Immediately after, the Metz was placed in the bedroom. The problems: when I turned it on, it took a long time to display Android on the screen and much later it played TV. It does not respond to channel switching, when it changes channels it appears with a frozen image and then unlocks.. it does not obey commands, it displays a blue screen sometimes it flashes, it maintains the sound of the channel without further action. Sometimes you give it one command and it gives another with a delay. I pressed to turn it off and it didn't close, it restarted on its own twice. Today I had difficulty contacting the service in Athens by phone and they told me to do a system update & reset if necessary, which I did last night... Overall, I was disappointed... Today at noon I updated it again, but it said there was no newer version, I unplugged it from the socket for a while, but nothing.. I contacted the service again and they told me to send it to them... Two hours later I turned it on and it worked better without showing the android indication... I turned it on and off 2-3 times and it responded well, the only thing that remains is that when changing channels the image freezes for a while and then unlocks.. I don't know what's happening... if it has recovered or if it has more surprises in store for me... in any case, the lack of full HD resolution is noticeable...
