"International Law: Air Space - Outer Space" presents in two separate parts a complete picture of the institutional framework governing International Law: a) Air Space and b) Outer Space.

International Law of Air Space includes seven parts which, in turn, specialize in specific chapters and deal with all current and complex issues related to this law.

The second separate part of the work, International Law of Outer Space, contains a systematic recording and presentation of the basic units, fundamental principles, and the most important legal issues of the law of the extra-atmospheric space. It should be clarified that the law of outer space is not part of the Law of Air Space, but a completely distinct branch of Public International Law, with authentic and qualitatively different characteristics.
