The second edition of the work "Practical Issues of Civil Procedure" includes 60 proceedings that cover the majority of Civil Procedure (General Part, Evidence, Enforcement, Security Measures, Special Procedures, Electronic Auctions, etc.) in combination with substantive law (Civil, Commercial, etc.). Many of these proceedings have been subjects of examinations in Greek Law Schools and for admission to the National School of Judges. Sources for the formation of these proceedings were court decisions and procedural issues that either appear more frequently in practice or are based on critical procedural issues. The structure of the answers to the proceedings was based on the legal method, that is, the citation of the legal rule with a full analysis, reference to the actual incidents as they arise from them, and their subordination to the applicable legal rule.

The work is a useful aid for lawyers, prospective judges, students, and anyone interested in the application of procedural rules in practice.
