Omnidirectional WiFi antenna for outdoor installation. Omnidirectional WiFi antennas amplify the signal of our wireless network in a 360-degree radius in all directions, unlike directional antennas that amplify it in only one direction. Since they do not have such a long range, it is good to place them in the middle of the positions where we want to integrate the wireless network. They are suitable for offices and professional spaces where there are computers and other devices in every direction. It has a gain of 12dBi. If your goal is to transmit a signal over a long distance, you will need an antenna with a higher gain. On the other hand, if you want to improve the signal in your yard, high gain is not such a good idea.

I am generally knowledgeable about networks, I am not clueless.
Now, with 4g Cosmote and tp link mr 600 router, which has internal Wi-Fi and external mobile, I had 2 signal bars on the router and 60% signal strength inside the house. So, I had speeds of 45 to 50 download. The signal here where I am is moderate, I wanted the signal strength to increase in order to significantly increase the speed.
Now, about the antenna.
I didn't see it as omnidirectional, given that I also read that, I installed it without facing towards the tower.
Signal strength 25%, 50%.
I turn it towards the tower 75%. Therefore, it is not omnidirectional.
Strength now.
With the antennas of the tp link router mr 600, I had a signal strength of about 60%, and with the antenna and a 2x5 meter low-loss cable from the store where I bought it, 75%. I increased it by 15%.
I don't consider it strong in reception.
I placed a 1.5-meter satellite dish (patent) in front of the antenna, with a strong attachment, lowered the height of the mast to 1 meter on the rooftop where it is installed, and I reach up to 100% signal strength, but not consistently.
I wouldn't buy it again. I don't think it significantly enhances the 4g signal.
Anyone who does not have a good 4G signal on the Home Booster, I highly recommend the SeaCell external antenna. Of course, only if there is also a good 4G signal outside the house.
