I have had it for almost 2 years. At first, I can say it was quite good, but then I noticed that it didn't suck as well. I cleaned the filters and continued to clean them regularly, but I didn't see much of a difference. The construction is quite good and the accessories are also useful. Also, something I noticed is that while I bought it for 100 euros, now it has gone up to around 140. The problem is that one day it suddenly stopped working. Fortunately, this happened 10 days before the warranty expired, which was for two years. Now I am at the stage where I have to take it to a store immediately, which collaborates with HOOVER, to see if it can be repaired. I prefer not to repair it so that I can choose another model if I have the opportunity because I have not been satisfied with this specific one. I will come back with the technician's response.

I just received it back from the technician and the problem was actually the filters. From what I understood, they need to be cleaned quite frequently because otherwise it loses a large part of its efficiency. To the point where I am considering washing them every two vacuumings. Also, I was told that they need to be dried very well before being reused. The two filters are located, one at the back and the other is the round one located at the top.

Very quiet, quite powerful, and moves nicely.
Does a good job in an office with professional carpets.

The built-in brush and some interchangeable attachments do not fit in/out easily. It is not adjustable, the motor operates at a constant power.

There is a tremendous lack of information on how to clean the filter from Hoover. The vacuum gradually sucked much less and we had given up on it.

The solution? The filter needs to be cleaned under the tap with the use of dish soap and wringing. If you rinse it as the instructions say (probably because they are afraid you will break it), the filter does not clean thoroughly and greatly reduces the vacuum's performance.

Also, the only practical way to use it smoothly is to have two filters. While one dries (it takes 2-3 days in winter), you use the other one that was clean.

Finally, the filter needs to be cleaned every week (theoretically, and the bin as well).

I concluded that I am against using a bagless vacuum, they are not practical. The bag fills up much slower and is easily replaced, while the bin and filters require constant cleaning.
