  At this price, it is one of the most effective USB fans. It is relatively quiet on the first and second speed levels and slightly more powerful on the third speed level. It is ideal for distances ranging from half a meter to one meter. If the space you are in has a high temperature, do not expect miracles. A good solution is to place it near a window to bring in cool air from outside, or if the air conditioner does not have a very powerful motor or is far away, you can increase the airflow towards you. It is a decent purchase, especially if you buy a reliable 18650 battery like the Samsung pink one (see in the photos), you will have a very long battery life. Overall, it has three speed levels for the air and three tilt levels for the fan, it does not go left to right.

  It blows out very good air, the settings are perfect.

  The best 15€ I have ever spent.
  I bought it because at work, in the office, the air conditioning doesn't work and we are dying from the heat.
  I put this on to blow me away and it gives a dose of coolness, not much but enough so you don't sweat.
  A big advantage is that the battery is removable and if you go camping, you can take another 3-4 and be a king.

  By far the best personal fan. 3 years and going for 4... It works 4-6 hours a day. It takes a 18650 Lion battery (removable like toys) and lasts about 2 Amps for approximately 2.5-3 hours on the first setting. Quiet (hmmmm) on the first setting. It has a tilt position. It can also be charged via USB. Personally, I have about 10 batteries and a 4-port charger, and I have never charged it through USB... I simply take out a battery and put in another one. I use it when I watch TV and it doesn't bother me at all. I haven't tried the Morris because it doesn't have a removable battery, so you have to constantly be near an outlet.
  27/07/22: In the end, I also got the Morris... Primo without a doubt... The Morris is simply smaller in size but lacks in all other aspects. On the plus side, the Primo can also be used as a charger since the battery is removable.
