After months of use, the surface of the top part of the oven seems to have "sunk" towards the center. As a result, the burners are not level and when I fry, all the oil collects towards one side of the pan. Additionally, I couldn't find a deep tray that fits into the guides, like the shallow tray that comes with the packaging. Other than that, it cooks well and I use it for everyday cooking for myself.
