  Luckily, I opened the package from the pharmacy before placing it in my car.

  The adhesive bandage mentioned in the description is just a finger bandage, the tissues are a pack of pocket tissues, and the antiseptic mentioned is a 2x2 cm wet wipe that is only good for papercuts and nothing else.
  It is clearly meant to prevent you from getting fined by the police if you haven't opened the package.

  The rest of the kit contents (Fire extinguisher, Triangle & Vest) are poor but honest nonetheless.
