It does not cool even in a room, even though I fill the tank with ice packs and ice cubes and cold water!
As a fan, it is good, but otherwise a waste of money

Knowing that an Air Cooler is not an air conditioner, I can say that it does indeed produce cool air. In the space where I placed it, which is 15 sqm and exposed to the sun from noon until sunset, it reduced the temperature by 5 degrees by adding (something that the manufacturer does not mention) ice packs.
