Delicious, digestible, generally a very good choice for a snack that will give you energy before running. I eat one instead of breakfast before my morning workouts when I don't have time for something more. Very good choice before a race. (and during, but I haven't tried it)

Perfect for 1 hour before the game. Because you need to eat something but you can't eat a lot, I found that this was enough in terms of energy without weighing me down.
