Hemp flour 100% natural, organic product of Greek origin from Kokkina Magnesia. It comes from hemp seeds and is a product of cold pressing and grinding at Prasino Agroktima, in Krya Vrysi. It does not contain gluten and is rich in proteins and insoluble dietary fibers.

You can use it in your breakfast, cooking or your dough, adding the benefits of proteins and the high fiber content from hemp seeds.

It does not rise, therefore it cannot be used alone to make bread.
