    I don't know why some find the size small. The sponge is quite large and covers a big surface area, and I'm saying this as someone who is not tiny at 1.78 height! It is indeed very rough, but it lathers up, reddens the skin (which shows that it actually works), and personally, it leaves my skin soft. I can't have an idea of whether it is effective against cellulite since I've only been using it for a short period...
