    The best form of Magnesium, for external use in baths or foot baths, dissolves in water, is absorbed by the skin without passing through the gastrointestinal tract like capsules with laxative symptoms. Perfect for supplementing with Vitamin D. You can also make your own spray with a 1 to 1 ratio in warm water, and then spray it on your muscles every day on your hands and feet.
