Description

Low-calorie drink enriched with proteins, vitamins, trace elements, linoleic acids, and nutrients that contribute to the control of weight and assist in the loss of excess fat mass during a low-calorie diet. Available in chocolate, vanilla, and espresso-chocolate flavors.

Dosage

  • Per drink, dissolve 4 scoops of Premium in 250 ml of milk or yogurt up to 1.5% fat.
  • The drinks and the meal should be spaced 4-6 hours apart.
  • You can consume water, tea, coffee, and sugar-free soft drinks.

4 scoops 21.4 gr in 250 ml semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) provide on average:

  • Energy: 198 Kcal per drink
  • Complex Proteins: 60%
  • Fats 5.3 g per drink
  • Carbohydrates 9.4%
  • Vitamins/Trace Elements all
  • Omega 3 800 mg per drink
  • Dietary Fiber 9.1%
  • High milk protein content (60%)
  • 1.8 g Linoleic acids per serving
  • • 11% Cocoa rich in flavonoids

    Every single time I took it (morning or evening or both), I would get a terrible hunger and rumbling in my stomach. I took it for 15 days, and nothing changed/improved. When I simply fast, I don't experience such hunger. Also, during these 15 days, I developed a severe sensitivity in my gums. Very strange. As soon as I stopped taking it, the sensitivity and uncontrollable hunger stopped as well. Unfortunately, a huge NO from me.

    To work, it is important not to eat ANYTHING for intervals longer than 4 hours and to drink water. In people with a lot more weight, it helps a lot in rapid weight loss (my husband). In my case, I "did it" and along with every prevent glass, I also ate bread, sweets, and chocolates... I didn't lose weight... but I didn't gain either. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the company, which changes packaging, changes spoons, eliminates flavors... generally gives you a feeling of insecurity... also, the product is nonexistent abroad.
