Quite complex. More than 1 different buttons have the same function on my TV. It's somewhat large in size (but that's a matter of habit/taste). However, the most important thing that deducts stars is that some buttons (mainly the directional buttons) have irregular response. You press it once and sometimes it registers as one, other times as two, creating a lot of confusion and annoyance during use. Other than that, it connected directly to the TV and has a long range.
