"Grammar of Ancient Greek" is the first of a series of three books that concern the subject of Grammar. The other two are "Grammar Exercises" and "Verb Dictionary".

This book includes - on the left pages - the theory that is divided into sections (e.g. NOUNS) and each section includes individual chapters (e.g. First declension - Second declension of nouns...). The theory is as complete as possible, with tables - spelling rules - accentuation rules - annotations - meanings - homonymous words and synonymous words of Modern Greek. We wanted to give the reader the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding and not just rely on the sterile memorization of grammar types and rules.
This desire led us to innovate on the right pages, by including exercises of various types, based on the theory of the left pages. We tried to make the study of Grammar more interesting and enjoyable.

We believe that this book, as well as the other two, are aimed at both middle and high school students and those who follow the theoretical direction, as well as students studying Ancient Greek Grammar.

In conclusion, we would like to warmly thank the "Education Theoretical" tutoring center and especially its directors Mr. Vasilis Triampoukis and Mrs. Amalia Hairi-Triampouki, who encouraged and strongly supported us in our effort.
