Its conception and writing aimed to create a simple, user-friendly, and informative book on the subject. It was published with the ambition to fully cover someone's needs when they require it. Offering assistance and the ability to provide it correctly until the doctor or ambulance arrives is not only something we can do but also our duty and obligation. Its innovation lies in its small size compared to the volumes on First Aid available in the Greek market. This was achieved through a concise and original presentation of knowledge, so that the book can be easily read and immediately understood. The language used is simple and does not require any medical knowledge. Efforts were made to keep the text concise while also providing general information about the human body where it is considered necessary for a specific condition or injury. The images, in turn, are very important for the Guide, as they have been selected in a way that they intuitively cover everything described, while also functionally complementing the text.
