Although personally I was not impressed with the illustration and the abrupt language of the author (which I would never want to see a young child imitate), the little reader was thrilled and it is a book that we read very often. It is not a coincidence that the author is so beloved by children throughout the years, as his writing is incredibly captivating. I would recommend it.

My 4.5-year-old daughter loves it, she has learned it by heart, thanks to the repetitions it has. We laugh a lot every time, very imaginative book, excellent Mr. Trivizas!

Very nice book, different, keeps the interest. I would maybe like less caustic dialogues since it is intended for such young children. The author is often a "torrent".
