Temperature Control Capability

It features the ability to adjust the temperature in 5-degree increments (Digital Arc Controller) so you can prepare everything on the grill without worrying that delicate foods will burn after a few minutes.

Cast Iron Plate

With the cast iron grill, cooking is faster as the temperature is evenly distributed on all sides of the food. To maintain the cast iron grill before cooking, it is good to spread a thin layer of cooking oil (e.g., olive oil or some vegetable fat) and thus you will have created a non-stick surface.

Multiple Functions

Thanks to the Keep Warm and Grilling Logic functions, your food will be perfectly cooked every time. Specifically, the Keep Warm function is suitable for keeping food warm after cooking (at 74°C), while the Grilling Logic function ensures precise temperature performance. Despite its small size, it will amaze you with its capabilities, as you can use it as a grill (cooking meats or even a whole chicken), as a smoker (smoking ribs and brisket), and as an oven (baking pizza or your favorite tart).
