Good construction. The spikes are real needles and not a disc with spikes.
The handle tightly fits on each attachment and it is a problem to remove it from one to use the other!

I have been using a derma roller for years and I decided to buy a new one which, of course, was terrible.

Well, after 3 weeks of having it and using it 3 times, I have to say the following. The fine wrinkles have disappeared. This forehead that we call, I'm looking for it and I can't find it anywhere on my face.. the contour of the face has noticeably improved.
As a device, it is durable and it seems like it will last a long time.
To tell you the truth, I didn't expect it.

Very good price for so many heads that the package contains. First, inform yourself about the proper use of it and the right products that will suit your skin after using it, and I think you will be surprised by the result. It is not a correct application if you bleed or if the area hurts intensely, as it does not require much pressure, nor daily use or immediate exposure to the sun. First, properly sanitize the head (ideally first with lukewarm water and then soak it in pure alcohol) and then apply a suitable product depending on what we want to achieve in each area. And definitely, a period of persistence and patience until the result appears
I bought it and I use it, but I don't see any difference, only redness and irritation on my face. On the contrary, I see more pimples even though I use lotion and cleanse before and after use
