It's a great device. I have no issues and I think the remote control is very convenient for operating the TV as well. I've had it for 2 weeks and I don't know if it will have any issues over time, but what it claims to do at this price, I think it's worth 5 stars. If something comes up, I will come back.

The decoder was flawless until it burned out due to my own stupidity. It didn't get stuck on channels and I could easily record what I wanted. The media player (at least for videos) was also perfect

I bought it on 12/4/2021. Until 22/4/2021 it froze about 10 times. I bought it for recording from the TV to a USB stick. The Edivision (EPG) is slow. It doesn't download the program on all channels. While it has a very good picture and sound during playback, there are glitches, meaning 1-4 seconds are lost from the continuity. Maybe it's the tuner, maybe the media player. I spoke with the store where I bought it and they told me that I should bring it back to them, they will send it to Thessaloniki for a technical check and either return it to me fixed or replace it and I can come and pick it up when it's ready (when I said that I would wait for weeks, maybe even a month, they didn't refuse). This is Edision's company policy even when the device is almost new. I know I bought something cheap and that's exactly why I won't bother with it anymore and it will go straight to device recycling.

The receiver is worth every penny and more. It has a small design, takes an IR cable, and can be hidden while still being able to execute all commands with the remote control. The remote control easily copies 4 commands for the TV. We can also control the TV with the receiver's remote control. A very positive aspect is that if we take the antenna and plug it into the USB port, it easily connects to the internet. Its picture quality is one of the best I have seen from an external receiver. Another positive aspect is that it can be easily upgraded.

The worst receiver I have ever bought, it takes about half a minute to turn on, the IR in (jack) doesn't work, the TV program (EPG) takes a long time to load and appear, the WIFI requires the user to purchase the Edision WiFi EDI-Mega USB antenna at an extra cost exclusively from the company and also after its installation, it doesn't have automatic network connection but the IP address and other server details need to be manually entered, which requires the user to have the corresponding experience. As for the product warranty, EDISION company does not provide any customer service after purchase for any problem encountered. Specifically, the company's staff in telephone communication are generally abrupt, unwilling, and indifferent to ensuring that the customer finds a solution to the problem they are facing. They constantly make excuses and never admit the flaws of their products in order to avoid taking responsibility towards the customer. They recommend the customer to contact the purchasing store so that the store can send the defective product to the company as the customer cannot send it themselves. For these reasons, considering the flaws of the receiver and this type of technical support from this particular company, I do not recommend buying this specific receiver or any EDISION products.
