The device offers a wide range of capabilities with 40 different programs for strengthening and well-being. You can choose between three difficulty levels: beginners, advanced, and experts, adjusting your training to your needs and abilities.

The workouts are divided into 2 categories:

  • The first category, which includes 12 programs, focuses on physical condition and strength. These programs are designed to help increase endurance and body strength.
  • The second category includes 8 programs that focus on relaxation and well-being. These programs offer exercises and techniques for relieving stress and enhancing psychological well-being.

In addition, the device provides 20 training programs with a virtual trainer and videos demonstrating exercises. With these programs, you can follow a personalized training guide tailored to the difficulty level you desire.
