I bought the mobile phone for my elderly mother. Indeed, the menu is difficult to use and she cannot use it. She can only make calls by dialing each time. I used it when she was in the hospital to call her mainly. It was fine for that. It had a loud ringtone, the screen lit up (her hearing is not very good), and the sound was good. So, I wouldn't say that an elderly person can use it for everyday use. However, if you want it mainly to have it with you and for others to call you, it is good. Fully disappointed with the model and the way it is released in Greece.
I consider it tragic for the model to be released without a Greek menu, which I could overlook, but also without recognizing the Greek language in SMS, even though it is clearly a model aimed at the elderly. The only way to add the Greek language, from what I understood, is to format the mobile's ROM.
I barely worked with it, as I was going to set it up for a relative to use, and ended up buying another model because the language issue was decisive, so I don't have a comprehensive view of its other functions.
