I bought the pan based on the good reviews, despite the bad impression that other nava products had left me regarding their quality. After washing the pan following the instructions on the packaging, I started making pancakes. As soon as the pan heated up, it started emitting a bad smell from its material. This is the first time this has happened to me with a new cooking utensil. I decided to give it a chance, so I stopped cooking, threw away the pancakes (they smelled) and cleaned it according to the instructions. After a few days, I decided to try it again. Same thing happened. Four attempts at cooking, and the pan always emits a smell. It's impossible to cook anything without it smelling like the material.

1. You need to have a thin spatula, preferably silicone, to flip them.
2. If it doesn't fit exactly on the stove, you will need to rotate it to cook the pancakes evenly.
