It looks very nice in the space like in the photo, but it doesn't fit boots or high heels. Also, some parts of the mechanism that opens and closes have already broken in the past two years because they are made of cheap plastic. Although it still works, I don't know how long it will last.
I chose it because it was exactly the dimensions I wanted. It has a relative difficulty in assembling it, but those who have assembled furniture before and follow the instructions will not have a problem. What generally concerns is the quality of the materials. The moving parts and the shelf fasteners are made of plastic! I am afraid that it will not withstand the test of time. I hope to be proven wrong. Also, it has almost no back! You must definitely screw it to a wall.
Update:
Not even three years of durability! The plastic connectors holding the shelves broke quite quickly and I tried to fix them several times, but at some point it couldn't take any more repairs. I had feared this from the beginning but I bought it because it was exactly the dimensions I needed. I will look for something else now.
Turkish made. If I had known beforehand, I wouldn't have preferred it. Its origin is clearly reflected in the quality. For those accustomed to Ikea manuals, assembly is a bit difficult, but nothing too challenging. It's not a bad piece of furniture, but 50 euros for a Turkish made shoe rack is excessive. Choose it only if you have limited space and can't be served with something else.
Update 9/2022:
After 9 months, it gave up. As Thanasis mentioned earlier, initially the shelf fastenings stopped fitting correctly. In a second time, the plastic itself broke, rendering it completely useless. Don't waste your money if you plan to use it like a normal person. Especially at the current price, it's not worth it under any circumstances.
