  I have had these headphones for 1 year now. At first, everything was great. Nice sound, good isolation, and good connection. After some time, the Bluetooth started acting up. It would glitch and if you had them on loud, it would cause pain. Also, when I turn them off now, the recorded lady who welcomes you with on/off does it at random times. So, many times at night, I hear them turning on and off by themselves. The sound still remains very good. The ear cushions have also been almost destroyed. I don't use the headphones excessively, neither at the gym nor for rough transportation. Nevertheless, the cushions have opened from all sides and the fabric is coming off. I would not recommend someone to choose them because of the above reasons.

  Good evening everyone. Firstly, I would like to say that I do not want to refer exactly to how the headphones are because this has been written by many other users. I want to give a different tip for the common problem that almost everyone experiences, where after a while they do not charge or turn on.
  1st: You must have the headphones off.
  2nd: Press the + button together with the pause/play button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds and then WITHOUT releasing the buttons, connect the charging cable and hold it for another 5 seconds. This way, you will reset the headphones and they should start charging normally again. Generally, I would not recommend these specific headphones as there are many others that are better and at the same price. I hope I helped!

  They have very good sound. However, they have an issue that occasionally occurs where you notice that when you open them, they do not work or charge. In this case, you open the ANC button and leave them until the battery runs out, and then they charge and function normally. Other methods are suggested in the comments of Skroutz, by doing a reset. The ANC function is probably basic.

  In about one year, the ear cushions of mine started to wear out, although they are still functional.

The official representative of Crystal Audio informed me that the company does not provide spare parts and simply urged me to throw them away.   After 1 year and something, they stopped charging correctly/sufficiently, but I thought I didn't place the cable correctly. Eventually, they stopped charging completely, so they no longer work via Bluetooth, even though the Noise Cancelling light turns on normally. Additionally, the "pads" that cover the speakers tore apart from both ears, even though when I wasn't using them, I stored them in their case.

  The service told me that there are no spare parts, and since the 2-year warranty has passed, nothing can be done.

  They are not worth their money. I have wireless headphones of the same brand that have lasted much longer and in harsher use during workouts.

  Extremely good headphones... when they work.

  If you are lucky and come across a non-defective piece, they are a very good purchase for their price. Very good and clear sound, satisfactory noise cancellation (for this price range, 60 euros at the time), good battery life (charging once every 7-10 days with daily use of at least 3-4 hours), sturdy construction EXTERNALLY (we will get to that below), and very good range in wireless use.

  Unfortunately, I enjoyed all of these for about a month and then the Bluetooth stopped working, without the possibility of a reset (the tips in the company's video are laughable, by the way). I sent them to the service center where they replaced them with new ones.

  Unfortunately, the new ones had a problem with noise cancellation from the start and made a buzzing sound if they were not perfectly fitted in the ear, so I returned them and requested a refund. After two failed attempts, I did not have the patience to wait another 10 days for a replacement (so many are being checked, approved, and received), with the risk of them having the same issue again.

  A good effort, but unfortunately, it seems that they have a serious internal problem. It's a shame because they were extremely good while they worked, and I really wanted to keep them, but it was not possible with this situation. Thankfully, at least the people at the service center are helpful and willing to assist.

  For a day, I used them for ZOOM, Skype, Calls, and Radio. In the evening, I put them on to charge.

  Hello! I have these specific headphones for about 2 months now. First of all, I am a big music lover of all genres and I wanted a good headset to have.
  - Unboxing: First of all, just by looking at the box, it seems like you are expecting a premium product inside. The packaging is excellent, with protective materials and the case is very nice for carrying the headphones.
  - Design: Excellent headphone design, with soft cushions, a sturdy metal device, and comfortable on my ears even after hours of use. Of course, when we talk about any type of headphones, and here we must mention that everyone's ear is different, so it may suit someone and be disliked by another. Also, the same applies to sound quality.
  Sound Quality: Excellent for me. Without being a professional music expert, what I hear, with high resolution (Spotify) and not YouTube, is clear, crystal clear, with the bass being just right, meaning it sounds as the song is written. In terms of volume, it fully covers me, and I never put it on maximum, of course, for the health of our ears. (the sound and volume also depend on the sound card that each person has on their computer)
  Battery - Connectivity: The nice thing about these headphones is that they are wireless. ATTENTION: The microphone only works via Bluetooth and not on the computer for Skype, Zoom, etc. We continue. Although I haven't tried the wireless part of the headphones much, I only have them for the computer because I have Buds for my phone, from the little experience I have, the connectivity is very good with Bluetooth 5, nice sound, of course slightly inferior to wired, and very good battery life, with great autonomy.
  Conclusions: Finally, I tried the ANC, I liked it a lot, I can't hear anything, although when I have it turned off with music, it still provides very good sound isolation. At this price, I highly recommend them, lightweight, high quality, with very good sound, wireless with good connectivity, and very good battery life. Only that the microphone doesn't work on the laptop (which is not a manufacturing problem, it was intentionally done, although we would like it to work).

  Being a owner for already 4 months... the product is disappointing. In the two-month period, I went to the dealership for repair since they wouldn't open or close. They replaced them with new ones (since there is not even a minimal service) with a new warranty. Before the month was even completed... they broke down again. I have to take them back for a new replacement. By far the most wasted 60€ I have ever spent. Disappointing also is Crystal audio... in which I had trust, since I have been buying their products for years... Stay away...

  I have had them for about 3 months and I use them both for music and office applications (e.g. video conferencing). I am satisfied with the sound performance as it seems to have a good balance (bass/treble) and my conversation partners have not complained about the microphone sound.

  The reason I gave 3 stars is because they are very uncomfortable (to the point where I feel pain after half an hour) when I wear my glasses - which is 90% of the time. Some headphones (e.g. Razer Thresher 7.1 that I also have) have taken this into consideration and have a special design to avoid discomfort.

  At some point, while they were in the ON position, I connected the USB to charge them. This turned out to be a big mistake because their software got "confused" somewhere and since then they neither turn on nor charge. Only the ANC works for some reason. So, I left the ANC on until they completely discharged (i.e. the green LED turned off after 4 days) and then I charged them normally.

  Because I see that a lot has been said in the reviews, I will give a brief description as a computer engineer.
  I have had the headphones for about a month, I bought them on Black Friday for 60 euros.

  The bluetooth works perfectly, as does the charging, and the battery lasts several days with normal use (videos, video calls, music, games, etc.).

  The microphone does not work with the jack since it is only for audio input and not for output. Therefore, you can only use the microphone with bluetooth, and obviously that's how it was designed. I would like it to work with the jack as well, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

  The sound quality is quite good for 60 euros, I tested them with Dolby Atmos and the result was incredible.

  The Active Noise Cancellation works well when listening to music and isolates not only the noise from the cables but also external sounds. However, it does not have an effect during calls, and I don't know if that was intentional.

  The weight is good in my opinion, neither heavy nor light, and they are comfortable enough for extended use (even with glasses).

  In conclusion, they are definitely worth the money. I now use them with all my devices (mobile, laptop, desktop) and I have no major complaints.

  Personally, I bought them for 60 euros on sale. The sound is very good, the bass is satisfactory (it's not one of those that overwhelm you, it suited me), the microphone works from a mobile phone either with Bluetooth or wired, although I received complaints on Discord about some sounds the microphone made, but it was very occasional, so maybe it's not the headphones' fault. I admit that I didn't try if the microphone works on the computer with a jack because I don't have an adapter for the microphone, so I don't have an opinion. The ANC works fine, but I don't like the sound it produces, so I usually keep it off unless I want to turn it up for a while. All in all, I only use them for my mobile phone and for listening to music for 1-2 hours a day. I have no problems with the battery, both in terms of duration and charging, unlike some comments I've seen. I would just like a longer jack cable because the one they give you is not long enough to connect to the PC.

  *Would I recommend them to someone?
  Based on my experience with this particular set that I have and for 60 euros, definitely.
  *Are they suitable for everyone?
  If you want them to have a better microphone for Zoom, Webex, etc., I would suggest getting a headset that has a better microphone and make sure the microphone works on the computer, and possibly be more comfortable for prolonged use as they are designed for gaming, unlike these ones.

  I bought them on Black Friday and until today they have stopped working three times. The ACN and jack work fine, but the bluetooth is faulty, the on/off does nothing, and they don't charge. I have to wait until the battery completely drains and then charge them again to get them working. By reading the reviews and comments/questions of others, one can see that the problem is universal and not just with my headphones.   Brand new, they don't close or open, they don't connect to Bluetooth, they are useless, stay away!

  UPDATE: After 1 year of use, I continue to feel very satisfied, BUT I also started experiencing the problem of freezing and difficulty in resetting by doing the known tedious trick of battery depletion. HOWEVER, I FOUND through trial and error a combination of buttons that performs a RESET!
  Initially, I have it in the OFF position and continuously press and hold the Pause and + buttons for at least 10 seconds, and while continuing to press the buttons, I plug in the charging cable while it is plugged into the socket. Then, when I switch it back to ON, it works again!

  Excellent build quality. Very lightweight and the cushion is soft even after 8 hours of almost continuous use.

  The microphone is very good in calls that I have tested, absolutely no issues.

  Very fast connection between different devices.

  The 20-hour battery life is real. The ANC is quite good, although you can hear voices around you a bit.

  For me, the bass is ideal, just right without unnecessary amplification. Very clear sound. I feel very satisfied for €60.

  SOLUTION IF YOUR WIFI+ CHARGING DOESN'T WORK: leave the ANC headphones open until the battery is completely drained and they will disconnect very strangely, but it worked for me.
