Use in Cryotherapy:

• Place the pack in the freezer for about 2 hours before use. 
• Always use a cloth (for example, a thin towel) between the frozen pack and the skin, never apply directly to the skin! 
• For the treatment of sports and other injuries, it is recommended to cool 3 times a day for 15 to 20 minutes each time or according to the doctor's instructions.

Use in Thermotherapy:

• Place the pack in a pot of water that has just boiled and let it heat for about 4 minutes. It can also be heated in the microwave for a maximum time of 3 minutes at 280 Watts. 
• Always use a cloth (for example, a thin towel) between the hot pack and the skin, never apply directly to the skin!
