I don't know if it's the product's fault, but it did absolutely nothing for me. After 7 months with a doctor's prescription, my B12 was at rock bottom, which is why I changed companies and saw a difference. I wouldn't recommend it.
The only vitamin D3 that boosts my levels in the blood. According to the doctors I asked, the fact that it dissolves in the mouth (you suck the pill) and not in the stomach plays a role and gives you the maximum. Because I have a serious deficiency of the vitamin, I take these specific ones every 3 months and everything is fine.
