We received it scratched on the non-stick surface. It was replaced. Since then, we take great care of it. We always wash it with great caution, using a special sponge that is proven not to scratch the non-stick surfaces, and we have never used a metal spoon or any other sharp object. After only 7 months of regular use, the non-stick coating has deteriorated and the food sticks. It is not worth the money for such a short period of time. It's a shame for the time we wasted on such careful cleaning.

Everything is great, just one observation: the lid does not fit well. I don't know if it was supposed to have a rubber seal, but with the pressure, the water splashes out from the steam vents

The first device worked for a little while, the second one I bought never worked. Unacceptable! The worst purchase I have ever made

It came very quickly! The first thing I cooked today (I got it a few days ago) was fish! They turned out incredibly delicious! I used the 4th speed (5 is the maximum) and I think it was powerful enough, I was watching them closely from above, they cooked very quickly! Very convenient especially for situations where you don't have much time to cook, but at the same time you want something of quality as a meal! It's a shame that I can't upload the photo I took so you can see how nicely the fish were cooked!
