(Mine came in a half-opened package with a lot of dust and the items inside were in a terrible condition) The battery-operated machine had faded color in some areas but no paint. The heads were 5 and one worse than the other. In fact, the one that has a supposed sponge is a sponge used in crafts and not on the face. The head that is supposed to give a massage, one out of the 4 balls doesn't rotate while the others move. It was literally a waste of money, I do not recommend it, there are better options!
