  The packaging is simply amazing, it predisposes you for a very good product. On that note, the connection between the tape and the power supply is so loose that it comes off easily. As for the connection with the application, it gave me a bit of trouble. The tape had an old firmware and wouldn't connect to the router for any reason.

  THE SOLUTION
  I took a mobile phone and created a hotspot with the same credentials as the Wi-Fi. I turned off the router and started the connection process. It immediately recognized it and connected. It asked for a firmware update, I did it, turned off the hotspot and turned on the router, and it works perfectly. Comments and performance evaluation will follow in due time.

  1st 24 hours of installation
  It came off from a relatively smooth plywood. I will use 3M double-sided tape.

  3rd 24 hours

  The tape came off again, the product will be returned to the supplier through skroutz, not worth the trouble.

  I have a TV in the room and its remote control changes the colors when you adjust the volume and increases the volume when you change the channel, decreases the volume when you lower the channel

  Although the eWeLink application is excellent, the strip does not allow you to adjust the brightness intensity in any other mode, apart from the initial simple one, the "Multicolor". In all the other modes, which are beautiful, the brightness is stuck at 100% and blinds you at night especially if you want to watch TV, etc. What a shame...

  UPDATE 26/6/2024
  I forgot to mention in my initial review, but the remote control is a joke and miraculously I managed to pair it the first time, as you press one place and it accepts the pressure elsewhere, resulting in the ON button being held down for 5'' to turn into a disaster!
  So a few days ago, I changed the router and the strip disconnected from the wifi. Oh my god, almost no button can be pressed on the remote control anymore, even though I haven't used it again since the first time. What a mess!!!
  So pairing is not even for fun and there is no other way!
  The strip is OK, just useless now!

I will give it two negatives, and those are that it was a hassle to connect it with the application, I already have 2 Sonoff plugs and they connected in seconds, this one took almost an hour just to reset it and put it back in pairing mode. Secondly, it has not fully satisfied me in its warm colors (yellow, orange, red, warm white) which are either too intense or almost white, it works perfectly in cool tones.
