WARNING: It is only compatible with Android, not with iOS, which was not mentioned in the description.
There is also a Bluetooth 4.0 version that is compatible with everything, but it is not the one that the stores had when I was looking for it.

Regarding the Bluetooth version 3.0 now, it is definitely bad or problematic:
- It appears in the Bluetooth devices, but only connects one out of five times.
- After it connects, it rarely starts communicating correctly with an application.

It definitely is not worth it, considering that when you need it, you want it to work to solve other problems, not to open new ones.

  I bought it for my 2018 Civic FK as not the cheapest solution but for something better. I chose the version with wifi as I run Torque Pro on the factory screen, so I chose the 2-WiFi communication.

  It worked well up to a point, but at some point, the car went into Safe Mode. Until I realized that the fault was the fuse, I didn't know what had happened. In the end, at the Honda diagnostic, they told me that this happened because the car detected data theft, so it entered that state. I don't know if it's the protocol(s) it has, but yes, it worked for me up to that point, and of course, I tried it again and again, so I simply didn't put it back on... maybe I'll get a more reliable one.

  Cheap, fast, and easy to connect, but firstly it does not support all protocols. I should note that what is mentioned in another review about connecting with both WiFi and Bluetooth is not true, this device is only for WiFi connection. Here is a screenshot showing what it covers in comparison to a more expensive (around 40€+) one that I recently bought from a non-Scrout store (with Bluetooth 4 version, vgate brand). The car scanner app for mobile phones in general is ideal for these obd2 devices. Now, regarding the sensors, it also depends on how many the car supports, but with the more expensive one, I definitely had more available. As for my car, a 2013 Yaris diesel, I cannot get any information about the DPF (for anyone interested) with the more expensive one, but it can be done with other cars.

  I use it on a Fiat Punto 1.2 2001 16V and it works great with the AlfaOBD application. Its only drawback is that if you leave it permanently connected, you have to close it and open it again when you want to use it next time. I don't know if it's related to my car, but I haven't found a way to avoid having to open and close it in order to connect next time (maybe it goes into sleep mode).

  *Of course, it is good not to leave it permanently connected, as there is even a slight chance of a short circuit and fire, it is good not to risk it. (I have seen it happen with a similar device)

  After testing for a day on a Fiat Bravo Tjet, I can say that I am satisfied with the purchase. The device comes with the elm327 1.5 version. From research I did before buying, I wanted to avoid the 2.1 version as there are mainly negative reviews about its functionality on cheap Chinese clones.
